The luxury Villa is situated on the beautiful East side coast of Mauritius, near Grand-Bay and 50 minutes from the airport on an private Island.

The 3 main bedrooms, the living room and terrace have direct view on the turquoise lagoon;

The Island can be reached by a long jetty from the main land by car.

The services of the housemaid/cook are included in the price.

Half board or Full board is possible. The Island has 3500 m² and the villa 320 m² is newly build and has been decorated by a architect in a Zen and modern style.

About 70 m from the main land, a jetty brings you to the Island. The villa is surrounded by sand. The access to the water is special in front of the villa; you just step down into a kind of natural pool where it is shallow and where you can also enjoy a nice cocktail…. On the east side of the Island the water is deeper and you can swim and snorkel.

All Bedrooms look onto the sea.

The decoration is in harmony with the surrounding; natural stones, wood, steel…

2 servants are at your service from 8 – 16 hours. They will also prepare delicious typical or classic dishes for you.

L’Ilot is the kingdom of fish, crab, shells. The fishermen will propose to you their daily catch, also crayfish, octopus, calamari …)

Totally equipped high standard kitchen and living roomwith big flat screen TV.

There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and shower/wc and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed for 3 people. All bedrooms have air condition.
