Relax, fish and enjoy yourself on your own private island in Lake Winter near Winter, Wisconsin USA. On the island is a beautiful "cedar chalet" home fully equipped with "high end" appliances, furnishings, stone fireplace and a pontoon boat for you to get back and forth from your own private mainland access lot. Lake Winter is a 675 acre lake and noted for it's excellent musky, walleye and bass fishing. Winter, Wisconsin is a small, quaint village of apx. 400 people with several shops, a bank, high school, 4 churches, 3 bars and many fine dining spots in the immediate area. An airport is apx. 30 miles away or you can land your own sea plane right in the lake and taxi up close to the door. The immediate area is blessed with many lakes, rivers and forests for fishing, hiking, skiing, water sports and hunting. Close by is the famous Chequamagon Nat'l Forest containing up to nearly a million acres where you can go for miles without seeing another single soul. The summers in Winter, Wisconsin are usually warm and sunny and the falls are breathtaking when the leaves are in full color change. If you are seeking a serene, beautiful, quiet place to get away then check this out.

We rent our island from May 1st. through Nov. 1st:

Our "Peak Season" runs from Memorial Day Week-end in late May through Labor Day Week-end which comes around the 1st week in September..

Our "Peak Season" rate is $375.00 per night or $2,500 per week for up to six people..Additional persons are charged $30 per night if over the age of 12..Children under age 12 are free. There is a 3 night min. stay and all prices are subject to 5.5% tax. . A $500 deposit is required to book your reservation..

As this is an island a boat is needed to access the island from the Mainland and for sightseeing and fishing..We allow the option for you to bring your own boat or to rent our pontoon for an additional $150 per day or for $700 per week..

Our "Off Peak" Seasons run from May 1st up to Memorial Day Week-end and then again after Labor Day Week-End through Nov. 1st..

Our "Off Peak Season" rate gets reduced to $350 per night or $2,200.00 per week for up to six people..Additional persons over age 12 are charged $30 per person per night. Children under age 12 are free. Our boat rate drops down to $100 per day or $500 per week during our "Off Peak" seasons..
