Life Investments presents for sale a new and magnificent five star tourist Resort, in northeastern Brazil, in the Gold Coast - Alagoas.

This is the largest Resort of the entire northeastern Brazil, integrating 100.000 sqm and with a construction area of about 16.000 sqm. Wrapped in idyllic beaches with dazzling low tides, coral reefs, natural swimming pools and sea water temperature between 25 and 30 degrees the whole year, the property integrates an additional area of 200.000 sqm.

The investment required for the acquisition of this Resort can represent 50% or 100% of its capital, having the investor the possibility to assure a minimum return on the invested capital of 7.5% per year - Sale & Leaseback transaction. This guarantee may take the form of bank guarantee contracted with one of the major Portuguese financial institutions. With these conditions the investor ensures full security of the fulfilled investment, investing in a new Resort, gifted with the best infrastructure, that offers an enormous potential return and the associated minimum income.

The investor can face the investment in two ways: Invest in the perspective of application with guaranteed income, without having to ensure the competence of management (Sale & Leaseback arrangement), or, alternatively, in the perspective of buying a Resort and securing the management of that which is already recognized as one of the touristic investments with greatest potential of Brazil.

The invoice predicted for the present year of 2009 is €6 million (about R$16.69 million).

• 120 apartments situated in the calmest area of the Resort organized in blocks of 2 floors: ground level (Standard Apartments) and first floor (Superior Apartments). The Superior apartments are distributed in 4 independent blocks with exclusive swimming pool for each block, fully equipped with bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, Satellite TV, minibar and safe;
• 96 bungalows along the tropical swimming pool, equipped with bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, Satellite TV, minibar and safe;
• 12 suites located in the liveliest area of the hotel, near the main restaurant, bars, swimming pool for the activities, diving center and beach. All suites have a living room and bathroom with Jacuzzi, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, Satellite TV, minibar and safe;
• Beach Club in the Resort with service of sun loungers and snack-bar, Kid's club, beach-volley, dance classes;
• Convention Center with capacity for 350 persons;
• Diving Center;
• SPA Center (gym, sauna, jacuzzi, hydro massage bath, massage cabins, beauty cabins);
• Nightclub;
• Shops;
• 24 hours heliport, equipped with all necessary systems for night use. Possibility of transfer from 2 airports.

All the dwellings are equipped with complete bathroom with hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, minibar, safe. The suites also have hydro massage bath.

The dwellings are distributed as follows:
